Well it is not tennis fashion. I was ready to love this! Goddess like romper…interesting concept. I just really don't think that she test drives these things out. It's just like I am watching the tennis and I am just so distracted that her business is falling out from the top and the bottom. And when she is in motion it just looks like a big ole mess. I think my goal is to look into the Venus tennis outfit archive and just find something I do like, because lately it's just not happening.

Wimbledon starts tomorrow! Oh yeah! Maybe one day I will go, but for now here is my make-believe outfit that I would wear tomorrow, if attending :) Weather forecast 50ºF and foggy. BTW I am obsessed with Capes lately.

I got new Reebok easytone shoes. Why? Because it says easy! We'll see. I will report back if they are successful. At least they are way cuter than the Sketchers and the color combo on them are ridic! It's called earth, gold, and oyster combo or something of the sort. Amazon is sold out of a lot of the sizes in this color way, so I ended up getting them from Planetshoes and they were on Special too! The stars were aligning :) So this beautiful background that I took this shot on is my Saint Bernard named Zoe. What a trooper!
Digging the dresses featured in the British Fashion Council and Wimbledon @wimbledon collaboration. Here are my faves! @serenawilliams Serena Williams, wearing Burberry • Maria Sharapova, wearing Alexander McQueen • @anitaivanovic Ana Ivanovic, wearing Matthew Williamson • Andrea Petkovic, wearing Richard Nicoll • @CaroWozniacki Caroline Wozniacki, wearing @stellamccartney Stella McCartney • Li Na wearing a Giles Deacon dress and Gina Couture shoes. By far is was all about sleek dresses and dresses with flirty skirts.

Ok, so my mom is getting a daybed. Yeah doesn't sound that bad, but if you actually look for daybed bedding you will find how scary ugly that truth can be. They all look like theme rooms, ugh! So, research was absolutely necessary. That is when I found a daybed that Amanda Peet had in her little girl's room. It is all shades of pink. My mom is looking for something a little more masculine, so I had to change up the palette, but kept the same idea. Forgive the cut and paste skills I put it together in preview :) but you still get the idea.
My West Elm version
I like food, but I would not say that I am a food connoisseur by any means. So, I find it very interesting that I keep meeting or knowing chefs or people in food. The hubz and I are friends with Jennie Kelley, one of the sweetest and most talented people we know. Whatever she is up to (she is in the band Polyphonic Spree and has a new food blog “perfect last bite”) she goes full throttle and does it well. So when she had a few friends over for brunch (YUM), she told us that she is going to be on the show Master Chef, I was like awesome. Ok so then I had to look it up because I didn't know what it was :). Now I have seen the first two episodes and it is great! The first episode I was crying I was laughing so hard. These people are characters. Anyway, if you read this, watch Master Chef and cheer on Jennie.
